    Key Responsibilities

    Maintenance of records and finalisation of accounts (IGAAP and IFRS) · Responsible for record keeping as per IGAAP · Statutory audit coordination and finalization of accounts as per IGAAP · Review and preparation of BS/ PL accounts reconciliations and schedules · Month/ year end closing and reporting to group companies in designated formats · COS deviations reporting, Inventory allowances working and reporting · Responsible for confirmation of inter-company balances Tax related compliances · Review and submission of monthly and annual GST returns · Preparation and submission of tax audit report, income tax returns, TDS returns · Tax audit, TP audit coordination and submission of audit reports before due dates · Review of TP invoice workings as per TP arrangement with Group · Support consultants in handling IT/ TP /GST assessments Other Accounting and Finance responsibilities · Rolling cash flow forecasting · Payments verification including statutory payments · Cost controlling initiatives and process improvements · Support Senior Financial Controller as per business needs · Good understanding about process flow in ERP system (SAP will be preferred)

Generate leads through Door Knocks, Society activities and other sales promotional activities in coordination with marketing team. Ability & willingness to learn & work on field for 6 days a week (fixed working on weekends & weekly off would be any one week day). Should be fluent in local language (Kannada) & able to communicate in English.
